Law Offices of Bonnie Follett provides legal services to individuals and small businesses. It also contracts with law firms to provide project by project services. See below for services provided to law firms.

The primary focus of my small office involves provision of advice to persons forming small to medium size businesses - business formation, how to set up a business and related concerns, including form of the business, legal and practical requirements, contracts and agreements.

I can help you form Limited Liability Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, S Corporations and C Corporations.

I can help you with protection of intellectual property, though trademarks and copyrights. And I can help you prepare a plan for protection of trade secret information involved in your business.

I also offer representation in general civil litigation matters, including services such as preparing and filing a complaint regarding claims or disputes and representation during discovery procedures and trial or arbitration.

I provide advice also on landlord/tenant matters, bankruptcy, legal disputes based on contracts.

Advice in the family law area, filing papers regarding a dissolution from your partner, adoption concerns, etc.

Preparing your will or a trust or other estate planning.

An office consultation interview can be scheduled if desired for a more in depth review of the matter.
