Ms. Follett was a legal assistant in charge of the office litigation calendar and also performed cite-checking and shepardizing of briefs, handling of document productions, privilege reviews, document organization, case summaries, and litigation support database work. She conducted on-line and internet investigations, such as obtaining corporate information, public records, and court docket records. She managed audit letters for clients of the firm, as well as proposals and marketing materials. - Ms. Follett also worked in the Intellectual Property Dept., on general trademark and copyright prosecution matters, trademark docketing and reports.

She provided litigation support for insurance defense cases on a part-time schedule during law school. Performed legal research and litigation support work, summarized depositions, etc. Also was in charge of the office litigation calendar/docket.

As senior legal assistant at this branch office of a Michigan firm, she primarily worked on a large products liability case involving a hotel fire. The client obtained a favorable settlement. She also worked on various insurance defense litigation cases and investigation and preparation of insurance subrogation cases.
