Hubb's Brunswick Bistro - and - Mulligan's Bar
 The Brunswick's Restaurant and Bar are open weekdays for lunch service from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We are open for dinner service Monday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We are occasionally open on Sundays for seasonal Holiday Brunches as advertised.
Our menus change frequently. Please call for our specials of the day or simply drop by. We serve quality cuisine. The kitchen is supervised by Chef Jason Pfaff., who rose through the ranks of lesser chefs from restaurants in Lake Havasu City to Las Vegas (the Mirage), to Biloxi, Mississippi (the Beau Rivage) and more recently he supervised the kitchen at The Range restaurant at Harrah's in Laughlin, NV.
Both Jason and Jennifer Pfaff are certified wine sommeliers (which can be defined as the wine stewards and wine list managers of a restaurant or other similiar establishment). As sommeliers, they hope one day to be able to open a wine cellar deep in the underground caverns of the historic Brunswick Hotel. Until then, you will just have to visualize actors Keanu Reeves and Anthony Quinn in the 1995 movie "A Walk in the Clouds".
We offer you premier fine dining in the Kingman area.
To whet your appetite, a Sample Lunch Menu follows:
- Muffalata - Toasted bun with Italian meats topped with olive relish
- Grilled Ribeye Steak Sandwich - Grilled 8 oz Ribeye on soft roll w/sauteed mushrooms and crisp onions
- Grilled Chicken Club - Chicken breast, bacon, ham and cheese on sourdough
- Black and Blue Burger - 8 oz patty with blue cheese and sauteed mushrooms
- Fish and Chips - Crispy fried cod and seasoned french fries
- Classic Caesar with Blackened Shrimp - Crispy romaine with garlic croutons and choice of shrimp or chicken
- Baby Spinach with Grilled Chicken - Baby spinach greens with toasted almonds, red onions and honey mustard dressing
- Blackened Filet of Catfish - served with lemon butter and seasoned french fries
- Croissant and Honey-Roasted Turkey - Fresh crossiant with avocado, thinly sliced turkey and sprouts
- Chicken Penne Alfredo - Penne pasta with grilled chicken, mushrooms, parmesan, creamy alfredo sauce and garlic bread
- Cup of Soup and 1/2 Sandwich - Soup du Jour and 1/2 Turkey sandwich on a croissant
Our Dinner Menu offers you more substantial fare and main courses may include:
Fine steaks, chicken, pasta dishes, seafood, fish and lobster (depending on seasonal availability), and can be accompanied by fine wines, salads, appetizers and desserts. We aim to make every meal at the Brunswick a memorable one.
Mulligan's Bar
We offer full Bar Service at Mulligan's Bar, located in the back of the Brunswick's main lobby, where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation with a mixed drink, wine or a variety of beers.
Drinks at Mulligan's can be formal or informal depending on your mood: whether you are meeting to discuss business or looking for a congenial place to unwind, chat and watch current sporting events.
